  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You agree that your content:

  • Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Does not contain spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Is not defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory

5. Business Accounts

Businesses using our Service agree to:

  • Not abuse the bulk email or API features
  • Comply with email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, etc.)

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post fake or misleading referrals
  • Create fake accounts
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content or endorse any businesses listed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Arecko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
